Virgin To Release The HTC Desire And Sony Ericsson Xperia X10

Virgin Mobile has officially confirmed that they will launch the HTC Desire and Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 on their network in April 2010. As a reminder, the HTC Desire features a 1GHz Snapdragon processor and a 3.7-inch AMOLED display. Meanwhile, the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 supports a 4-inch touchscreen display and Timescape application to link all your social networks and contacts together

T-Mobile USA Sells Motorola CLIQ XT For $129.99 On Contract

T-Mobile USA has begun selling Motorola’s latest Android smartphone ‘ CLIQ XT ‘ on its network. The handset is sold for $129.99 with a 2-year contract agreement. To refresh your memory, the CLIQ XT comes equipped with a 3.1-inch 320 x 480 capacitive touchscreen display, a 5MP camera with autofocus and LED flash, a full virtual QWERTY keyboard, a 512MB of ROM, a 256MB of RAM, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), an electronic compass, A-GPS, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth, a 3.5mm headset jack and runs on Android 1.5 OS with supports for Google services and MOTOBLUR features.

Samsung Jet Ultra Will Be Sold Exclusively By O2

As a successor to the previously released Jet handset, the Samsung Jet Ultra comes equipped with the same 800MHz processor as its older brother. The phone features a 3.1-inch AMOLED display with a 5-megapixel camera, various bundled social networking apps, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS and a 2GB of onboard storage. The handset also has a microSD storage for storage expansion of up to 16GB.

Samsung To Launch Another Entry-Level Touchscreen Phone

Samsung is about to launch another entry-level touchscreen phone in the form of the S3370. Specs-wise, the handset will feature a 2.8-inch touchscreen display, Samsung’s TouchWiz UI, a photo camera on the back, 3G and Bluetooth connectivity. The Samsung S3370 will be sold for around 99 Euro, however, there’s no word on release date yet.
