Garmin and Asus has joined together to release a new smartphone in the form of the Android-powered A50. The handset boasts a 3.5-inch HVGA resolution capacitive touchscreen display with a 3-megapixel Auto Focus camera, and a 4GB of storage space that is upgradable via a microSD memory card slot. What makes the Garmin Asus A50 more special is that it supports a finger-friendly user interface and Garmin’s pre-loaded turn-by-turn navigation.
The Pharos 565 is touted as the first rugged PDA in the world that is powered by the Windows Mobile 6.5 operating system and supports sports the IP54 standard. The gadget comes jam packed with a 3.5-inch QVGA touchscreen display, a full QWERTY keyboard, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, a GPS support, a 512MB ROM, a 256MB RAM, Office Mobile and a 624MHz Marvell PXA310 processor

Here is the first leaked picture of the Puma Phone. Manufactured by Sagem, the handset features GPS, video chat, a pedometer, bike/run tracking applications, an instant messaging, a sports news application, a stopwatch, a “music turntable”, a photo camera, and a solar panel on the back.

LG is set to launch another clamshell phone for both Asian and Latin American markets. Dubbed as the LG GD350, this mid-end phone sports a 2-inch 176 x 220 TFT display, an invisible external display, a 2MP camera with video recording, a microSD card slot, a music player, Bluetooth, an 800 mAh battery and supports quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE (850/900/1800/1900 MHz) connectivity. Verizon Wireless will launch the Motorola Devour Android-powered handset.
