Measuring 116mm x 56.8mm x 12.4 mm, the Android-powered Gigabyte GSmart G1305 Codfish features Quad-band GSM connectivity, tri-band HSDPA connectivity (900 / 1900 / 2100 MHz), WiFi, GPS, a 3.2-inch HVGA display, a 256MB of RAM and a 600MHz Qualcomm MSM7227 processor. Meanwhile, the Windows Mobile 6.5-powered Gigabyte GSmart S1205 Cougar is a dual SIM smartphone that features a 3.2-inch touchscreen display, Quad-band GSM / GPRS / EDGE connectivity, WiFi, GPS, a 128MB of RAM, and a 416MHz processor.

Vodafone UK has announced the availability of the new Nokia X6 on its network. The handset is being offered for free with a 2-year contract agreement of at least £30 per month (600 minutes, 500MB of mobile internet and unlimited texts are included). The LG Arena Max LU9400 has been officially introduced in Korea via LG Telecom, as LG Maxx LG9400. It is the first phone to be launched in South Korea with a Snapdragon CPU at 1GHz. The LG Maxx features a 3.5-inch WVGA touchscreen display, a finger-touch mouse, GPS, WiFi, mobile TV (T-DMB), LG’s S-Class 3D UI, DivX support, HD video and a 5MP camera.

Antoine Boucher, vice president of RIM has confirmed in the conference WES about the upcoming BlackBerry Bluetooth headset code named as Alpha 1 and the developments going on for the Bluetooth watch. The Alpha 1 will come in a black chrome shell and will provide noise reduction technology to help you hold a decent conversation even when outside. Other features include BlackBerry phone support, alerting you whenever you receive emails, BlackBerry Messenger messages, texts, Tweets and Facebook wallposts.
