Motorola will release their Android-powered Motorola MT710 in China on December 28th, 2009 as part of their OPhone Android lineup. This smartphone is actually a keyboard-less variant of Verizon’s Motorola DROID that features a 5-megapixel camera, a large 3.7-inch capacitive touchscreen display, WiFi networks (newly provisioned under China’s new WiFi protocol), and pulls down data at 3G speeds. The MT710 will work on the China Mobile’s TD-SCDMA network.
