Samsung has announced the availability of its latest Android smartphone ‘ Galaxy Spica i5700 ‘ in Canada via Rogers. The handset is sold for $79.99 with a 3-year contract agreement or for $449.99 with free of contract
After releasing the Samsung Diva S7070 in the UK market, the company also announced the availability of Samsung Clutch SPH-W9500 in South Korea.
Folks in the UK will receive the Samsung Diva S7070 that is designed for women. This touchscreen handset has a 2.8-inch QVGA touchscreen display, TouchWiz UI, Quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE connectivity, social networking integration, a 3.5mm headset jack, and a 3.2MP Auto Focus camera with a “beauty shot” feature. The phone also features a diamond-shaped navigation key and a fashionable back cover.
Samsung has finally confirmed the Samsung I8520, which is touted as the company’s first Android projector phone. The gadget comes jam packed with a 3.7-inch Super AMOLED screen, an 8-megapixel camera, and a “Specialized Projector UI”. Stay tuned for more updates

Samsung will release a successor to the previously released Samsung S5600 Preston. Known as the Samsung S5620 Monte, this handset will feature a 3-inch touchscreen display, HSDPA, Wi-Fi connectivity, GPS support and a microSD memory card slot. Spanish e-tailer has posted some leaked informations about Samsung’s upcoming slider phone called the S5550. Based on the informations they got, the phone will feature an AMOLED display with QVGA resolution, a 5MP camera with Power LED, a microSD card slot, a music player, an FM radio, Bluetooth, 3G and provide an access to a range of social networking sites including Twitter, Facebook and MySpace. Unfortunately, there’s no word on pricing and release date yet.
